Me Zombified

For halloween we decided that we would take a picture of ourself and use picmonkey to change us into a halloween character. I myself turned me into a zombie, it's quite a fun program.

Join The Crowd

This is the recent project we did where we take 3 pictures of our self, then put them together to create a theme for a picture. Here I create a theme of me knocking myself out, and having the other me arrest myself. I then put a jailbar surrounding to give the idea of jail, then added a Jail Time text at the top.

Paintbrush Lighting Effect

For this I needed to create a lighting effect for a object using a paintbrush. I decided to use a football and add a black and white lighting on both sides to brighten one side, and darken the other. I also added in leaves to help represent the football as a fall sport.

SparkleEffect

In this project we were suppose to create a sparkle effect. My idea was to create multiple layers of several colors to create a very nice tip of the wand. I then added multiple small dots in several colors to represent a sparkling effect that came from the wand.

Carlot

The 3rd image was a tutorial that I was suppose to create from scratch. I was required to put the best cars and place a image of a car with it. I enjoyed this project as I was still new to Photoshop, and enjoyed creating it. It's a very simple image yet still looks very nice.

Poster

The 2nd picture I created is a Poster for the game Minecraft. It was fun to make and I featured many mobs from the game, including the landscape which is from the game. I also used opacity and effects to my advantage to enhance it.

Clipping Mask

The 1st picture is a project I did in Photoshop CS5. It's my name with other images within the text. The H contains a XBOX 360 Emblem, E contains a Football, N contains a Creeper from Minecraft, R contains a Jayhawk mascot from KU, and the Y represents the Kansas City Chiefs. All of these reflect something about me.
